Workshops & Demonstrations

OIT provides software and hardware workshops throughout the semester. These workshops are designed to include individual and group instruction and to encourage collaborative sharing of ideas among participants. Faculty is encouraged to bring existing materials for projects they are working on. Here is a schedule of the workshops that our team is offering this week:

Are your PowerPoint presentations as effective as you'd like them to be?

Maybe you'd like to add -

Get ready to put some of these new principles and tips into practice with your presentations through this weeks round of hands-on sessions.  Four workshop opportunities are available for you.

Sessions will be as follows:

Monday, March 2nd -

  • 11:00AM - 1:00PM in Phillips-117
  • 3:15 - 5:00PM om Norcross-142

Friday, March 6th -

  • 11:00AM - 1:00PM in Phillips-117
  • 2:30PM - 4:30PM in Phillips-117

  • See a demonstration of the latest from TurningPoint
    • Thursday, March 5th from 11:00AM - Noon, Phillips-221
      • Reservations required - seating is limited to (10) individuals
      • Watch for further detailed workshops specifically for TurningPoint training.
