Occasionally problems do occur. If you have any questions or concerns using the classroom equipment please contact the Office of Information Technology Helpdesk at (336) 841-HELP (841-4357).
Should something unexpected come up help is nearby: Troubleshooting materials such as check sheets and short videos are provided in the "Help Documents" folder on the desktop of the classroom's PC. Please follow the procedures provided there first. If you cannot resolve the problem, please call the Helpdesk (841-4357). The Helpdesk person will attempt to help you over phone or dispatch someone to come and assist you during the hours of 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
Telephones will soon be available in all computer labs, as well as in all academic classrooms. If the problem is not an immediate concern, please visit our online HelpDesk ticketing system and submit a ticket. In the case of a general network or power failure you should call the HelpDesk.
